The second-generation EcoSport (B515, BK in Australia) was a global subcompact crossover on Ford's Global B-car platform shared with the Fiesta Mk VI and B-Max, built from 2012 in India and Brazil and later in China, Thailand, Russia, Vietnam and, from 2017 to 2022, Romania. It reached Europe for 2014 and the United States for the 2018–2022 model years. Engines included the 1.0 EcoBoost three-cylinder, 1.5 Dragon and 1.5, 1.6 and 2.0 litre petrols, and 1.5 diesels; the Brazilian 1.6 made 113 bhp and the 1.5 TDCi diesel 98 bhp.
