The low-cost B-segment sedan that launched Dacia's Renault-era growth in mid-2004 as successor to the Dacia 1310 and Solenza, built on the B0 platform at Mioveni in Romania and, from 2005, in Colombia, Russia, Morocco, Brazil, India, Iran and South Africa. Wagon, panel-van and coupé-utility (pick-up) bodies followed, and it was sold as the Renault Logan in most markets outside Europe, the Nissan Aprio in Mexico, the Mahindra-Renault Logan and Verito in India (launched April 2007, the first right-hand-drive Logan), the Lada Largus wagon in Russia (Largus production from 2011) and the Nissan NP200 pick-up in South Africa. All engines met Euro 3 at launch and Euro 4 from January 2007, when the diesel gained power to 70 hp; Hi-Flex ethanol variants were sold in Brazil. Dacia had built over 4 million Logans worldwide by 2018.
