On 27 June 2024 at the Busan International Mobility Show, Renault Korea introduced the third-generation Koleos, marketed as the Renault Grand Koleos in South Korea and as the Renault Koleos in export markets. It is heavily based on the Geely Xingyue L / Monjaro as part of Renault and Geely's partnership in South Korea, on the Compact Modular Architecture platform, and was codenamed Aurora 1 during development. Production at Renault Korea's Busan plant started in July 2024. The petrol model is a 2.0-litre turbocharged direct-injection engine producing 211 PS (208 hp) and 325 N⋅m (240 lb⋅ft), while the E-Tech Hybrid, a Geely-developed system combining a 1.64 kWh battery with a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, delivers a peak output of 245 PS (242 hp). It was unveiled in the Middle East on 12 May 2025.
