The Nio EC6, a 'crossover coupé' sporting-roofline counterpart to the boxier ES6, was announced in 2019 and sold in China from February 2020 (built under contract by JAC in Anhui). The entry version, with permanent-magnet motors front and rear, makes 324 kW (435 hp) for 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds; the high-end version pairs a 160 kW permanent-magnet front motor with a 240 kW induction rear motor for 406 kW (544 hp) and 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, with the largest panoramic sunroof Nio claims 'in its class', active air suspension and Nappa leather. Swappable 70 or 100 kWh battery, the larger giving 615 km NEDC range. Dual-motor four-wheel drive; wheelbase 2,900 mm (114.2 in), length 4,850 mm (190.9 in), width 1,965 mm (77.4 in), height 1,758 mm (69.2 in).

Owning one
We don’t estimate running costs for a car like this. What it costs depends on its condition, its specialist and how it is driven, and an average would mislead.

Despite launching from a standing start in late 2025, the i60 topped GAC Aion's own sales chart through January's seasonal slowdown.

Every Defender before this one was body-on-frame — this generation broke decades of tradition with an aluminium unibody structure instead.

Crashed on the passenger side instead of the driver's, the 2014 Forester showed far more intrusion and would have rated Marginal with the IIHS.

The L405 was the first Range Rover with a fully aluminum monocoque body, cutting up to 420 kg from the outgoing steel-bodied L322.

Rear passengers get a 17.3-inch screen that extends from the roof, and a lidar sensor sits in the front of the roof.

Its range-extender variant is rated for 1,200 km on a tank and charge, over three times the car's electric-only range.
