The XPeng G9, unveiled November 2021 at the Guangzhou Auto Show and launched in China in Q3 2022, was the first XPeng product designed from the outset for both domestic and international markets; it shares its 800V "Edward" platform with the Volkswagen ID. LFP or NMC battery packs from 78.2 to 98 kWh combine with rear-motor RWD or dual-motor AWD powertrains spanning 308-567 hp (230-423 kW) for 580-725 km CLTC range. Wheelbase 2,998 mm (118.0 in), length 4,891 mm (192.6 in), width 1,937 mm (76.3 in), height 1,670-1,680 mm (65.7-66.1 in), curb weight 2,190-2,435 kg (4,828-5,368 lb).
