FactMaruti hid the Victoris's CNG tank under the floor, a layout no passenger car had used before.
The Suzuki Victoris, sold for export as the Suzuki Across, is a subcompact crossover SUV built by Maruti Suzuki at Kharkhoda, Haryana, since September 2025 and released in India on 3 September 2025. It uses the Global C platform and complements the similarly sized Grand Vitara, with export plans to more than 100 countries. It is offered with the 1.5-litre K15C four-cylinder as a mild hybrid (with front- or four-wheel drive) and a petrol/CNG version, and with a Toyota M15D-FXE 1.5-litre three-cylinder strong hybrid. Its CNG tank sits under the floor, a first for a passenger car.
