FactThe second Brezza quietly dropped "Vitara" from its name while keeping the old model's body shell underneath.
The second-generation Brezza was unveiled in India on 30 June 2022 without the "Vitara" name, keeping the previous body shell with new front and rear styling, a redesigned C-pillar and a sunroof. It is powered by a 1.5-litre K15C Dualjet petrol with 12 V mild hybrid, with a CNG version and five-speed manual or six-speed automatic gearboxes; six airbags and stability control are standard. It is built in India and not exported to markets such as South Africa. A facelift on 24 July 2026 added a 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo.
