The Aventador SVJ (SuperVeloce Jota), unveiled at the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, is a track-focused iteration of the Aventador S and an improvement over the SV. Its reworked 6.5-litre L539 V12 makes 770 PS, and it was the first production V12 Lamborghini with the ALA active aerodynamics system. A camouflaged prototype set a production car lap record of 6:44.97 at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in July 2018. The SVJ Roadster, unveiled at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, was built in 800 units with the same performance.
