The Lada Priora is a compact car produced by the Russian automaker AvtoVAZ from March 2007 to July 2018, largely a restyled and modernised Lada 110 which it replaced in 2009. By 16 May 2012, 590,000 Prioras had been produced. It was offered as the VAZ-2170 base sedan (March 2007 to July 2018), the VAZ-2171 Universal station wagon (May 2009 to 2015), the VAZ-2172 5-door hatchback (February 2008 to 2015), the VAZ-2172 Coupé 3-door hatchback (January 2008 to 2015) and the long-wheelbase VAZ-21708 Priora Premier, in small-scale production by AvtoVAZ partner ZAO Super-Avto with a 120 hp 1.8-litre VAZ-21128 engine. The Priora 1.8 has a maximum speed of 190 km/h and accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 10 seconds, and the Priora 1.6 AMT, with an automated manual transmission, debuted in 2014. Starting in 2016 the Priora was withdrawn from foreign markets while continuing to be produced in Russia, and its replacement, the Lada Vesta, started production in September 2015.

Owning one
We don’t estimate running costs for a car like this. What it costs depends on its condition, its specialist and how it is driven, and an average would mislead.

Nissan hired former BMW engineers to help develop the 510's suspension, which is why period reviewers frequently compared its handling to the BMW 1600/2002.

A Trabant 601 won its class at the 1970 Monte Carlo Rally, with a second 601 right behind it in second.

The 600 was a stopgap: the P50's body over the 601's mechanicals, and for a while its estate was built alongside the new 601 saloon.

This DeVille/Fleetwood was the first production car anywhere to mount its V8 sideways, Cadillac's front-drive gamble on the new C-body.
