FactKia sold this body-on-frame SUV as the Borrego in the US and China while keeping the Mohave name everywhere else.
The Mohave, sold in North America and China as the Borrego, was a body-on-frame mid-size SUV built by Kia from 2008 to 2024, debuting that year in South Korea and the US. It offered rear- or four-wheel drive and, in the US, three rows of seats as standard. Engines were a 3.8-litre Lambda V6, a 4.6-litre Tau V8 and 3.0-litre V6 diesels, with five-, six- and later eight-speed automatics; it was facelifted twice, and the Telluride replaced it in North America.
