FactJeep built this electric SUV smaller than its own Grand Cherokee, then skipped the 2026 model year entirely and dropped European sales plans in 2026.
The Jeep Wagoneer S is a battery-electric mid-size crossover SUV on Stellantis' STLA Large platform, unveiled in 2024 and built in Toluca, Mexico; it is smaller than the Wagoneer and even the current Grand Cherokee. The first cars, 2024 models in Launch Edition trim, reached dealers in January 2025, and a Limited trim was added later. Both use two motors with four-wheel drive and a 100.5 kWh (93.9 kWh net) battery: 600 hp in the Launch Edition, 500 hp in the Limited. Jeep skipped a 2026 model year, with 2027 planned, and in June 2026 dropped plans to sell it in Europe.

Owning one
An estimate, for the Launch Edition (600 hp) trim: fuel on its EPA figure and a dated national price, upkeep on a per-mile average for the kind of car it is.

Rear passengers get a 17.3-inch screen that extends from the roof, and a lidar sensor sits in the front of the roof.

Its range-extender variant is rated for 1,200 km on a tank and charge, over three times the car's electric-only range.
