The second-generation Palisade (model code LX3) was unveiled on 6 December 2024 for the 2026 model year, with Korean deliveries from January 2025. It is a three-row mid-size crossover with a boxy body, vertical LED headlights and, in South Korea, an optional nine-seat layout. Engines are a 2.5-litre turbocharged four, a 3.5-litre V6, and the Palisade's first hybrid, a 2.5-litre turbo four with electric motors and a 6-speed automatic. It was named the 2026 North American Utility Vehicle of the Year.
