The Veracruz (EN), sold in Europe and Russia as the ix55, was a mid-size crossover built by Hyundai in Ulsan from 2006 to 2015 for the 2007–2015 model years, above the Santa Fe. It was sold in North America, South Korea, China and elsewhere, and imported to Europe from 2007 to 2011 with a 3.0 V6 diesel only. Elsewhere it used a 3.8-litre V6 with a six-speed automatic, with front- or four-wheel drive.

The Veracruz borrowed its name from a Mexican state — yet Hyundai never actually sold the SUV in Mexico.
