The Hongqi EH7 is a battery electric executive sedan built in Changchun on FAW's FME platform, previewed by the E001 concept at Auto Shanghai 2023 and launched on March 20, 2024 as the first model of Hongqi's new-energy sub-brand. European pre-sales opened at the 2024 Paris Motor Show. It has a single rear motor or dual-motor all-wheel drive, with 75, 85 or 111 kWh batteries. A major facelift unveiled in August 2026 renamed it the Hongqi Tiangong 07.
