The first-generation Geely Haoyue, code VX11, is a seven-seat mid-size crossover sold outside China as the Geely Okavango and in Malaysia as the Proton X90, succeeding the Geely GX9. It was built in China from 2020 to 2023, and as the Proton X90 from 2023. It has front-wheel drive with optional AWD and a seven-speed dual-clutch; the Haoyue uses a 1.8-litre turbo four with 181 hp, while the Proton X90 uses a 1.5-litre turbo three-cylinder with a 48-volt mild hybrid. An electric version was sold as the Livan RL9.
