FactThe XTS replaced two Cadillacs at once, the smaller STS and the larger DTS, folding both into one model.
The Cadillac XTS was a full-size sedan built at Oshawa, Ontario, from May 2012 to October 2019 for the 2013–2019 model years, and in Shanghai for China until 2020, on GM's long-wheelbase Epsilon II platform related to the Chevrolet Impala and Buick LaCrosse. It was front- or all-wheel drive with a 3.6 litre V6, a twin-turbo 3.6 litre V6, or a 2.0 litre turbo four, with six-speed automatics; China also had a long-wheelbase XTS-L.
