FactThe ADX is the first Acura ever assembled outside the United States, Japan or Canada.
The ADX is Acura's subcompact luxury crossover, unveiled on 14 November 2024 and released in early 2025 for the 2025 model year. It shares its architecture with the Integra, eleventh-generation Civic, sixth-generation CR-V and Honda ZR-V/HR-V. It uses a turbocharged 1.5-litre VTEC four from the Integra with 190 hp and 179 lb-ft, a standard CVT and optional all-wheel drive that can send more than half the torque to the rear. It is the first Acura assembled outside the United States, Japan and Canada, built in Celaya, Mexico alongside the HR-V.

Every Defender before this one was body-on-frame — this generation broke decades of tradition with an aluminium unibody structure instead.

Crashed on the passenger side instead of the driver's, the 2014 Forester showed far more intrusion and would have rated Marginal with the IIHS.

Subaru built a 2.5XT for the National Ski Patrol with a diamond-plate floor, a 9,500-pound winch and a toboggan on the roof.
