The Group B rally BX, bearing little resemblance to the standard BX, with a long nose to fit a turbocharged 2.1-litre engine, the five-speed gearbox from the Citroën SM and hydropneumatic suspension. It took part in only three rallies before Group B was banned in late 1986, and 200 street versions had to be built for homologation.
