FactSEAT kept building this car after its Fiat 127 licence expired, simply dropping Fiat's name from the badge.
The Fura was a supermini built by SEAT in Barcelona from 1981 to 1986, based on the Fiat 127 that SEAT had made since 1972. It began as the SEAT 127 Fura in November 1981 and, once the 127 licence expired, became simply the Fura, as a three- and five-door hatchback with a five-speed gearbox. A 1983 facelift brought the Fura Dos and the 75 PS Fura Crono hot hatch; the Ibiza made it redundant and it ended in December 1986 after 84,973 were built.

Owning one
We don’t estimate running costs for a car like this. What it costs depends on its condition, its specialist and how it is driven, and an average would mislead.
