FactCupra's Raval started life as a concept called UrbanRebel before taking the name of a Barcelona neighbourhood.
The Cupra Raval is a battery-electric supermini built by SEAT under the Cupra brand at Martorell in Spain since June 2026. First shown as the UrbanRebel concept in September 2021 and named Raval in May 2023, after Barcelona's El Raval neighbourhood, it was presented on 9 April 2026. It uses the MEB Entry platform shared with the Volkswagen ID. Polo and Škoda Epiq, with a front motor and front-wheel drive.
