FactIts name just glues together the two cities that made it, Milano where it was designed and Torino where it was built.
A three-door supermini designed by Juan Manuel Diaz at Centro Stile Alfa Romeo and built at Mirafiori in Turin (its name a portmanteau of Milano, where it was designed, and Torino, where it was built), on the Small platform shared with the Fiat Grande Punto and Opel Corsa D. A single generation of 293,428 units, it offered 1.4 MPI and 1.4 turbo (MultiAir) petrol engines up to a 170 PS version, the 0.9 TwinAir two-cylinder, a 1.4 turbo LPG (GPL) version, and 1.3 and 1.6 JTDm turbodiesels; a 6-speed dry dual-clutch was available. The Alfa Romeo Junior succeeds it.

Owning one
We don’t estimate running costs for a car like this. What it costs depends on its condition, its specialist and how it is driven, and an average would mislead.
