A five-door small family hatchback designed by Lorenzo Ramaciotti at Centro Stile Alfa Romeo and built at Cassino, Italy (469,067 made). Production started near the end of 2009 and it was introduced at the March 2010 Geneva show, finishing second in the 2011 European Car of the Year awards. It sits on the Fiat Compact platform shared with the Dodge Dart, Jeep Cherokee and Chrysler 200. Top of the range was the 1750 TBi Quadrifoglio Verde (Cloverleaf in the UK); a 286 PS special followed, and an LPG version was unveiled at the 2011 Bologna show.
