A Peugeot D4 police van had a movie-star moment: it's the van that hauls Inspector Clouseau away in the original 1963 Pink Panther film, right after he's caught with the diamond.

Fitting a bigger Peugeot engine meant stretching the nose — and ruining the clean face that earned this van its nickname: "Nez de cochon," pig nose.
This Chenard-Walcker van outlived its own maker: once Peugeot absorbed the company, the design simply got a 202 engine and a new badge, reborn as the Peugeot D3 in 1950.
