The H43 Atlas 20 came with a 3.0 L or 5.2 L diesel and payloads from 1.65 to 4.5 tons.
Nissan's H42 Atlas, sold from 1995 through 2007, was a rebadged Isuzu Elf.
Short-lived JDM medium truck never sold here; imports are a few dozen at most. About 30 on North American roads today (estimate). Never sold new in North America.
