FactAston Martin swapped the Valkyrie's gullwing doors for front-hinged butterfly doors to fit the Spider's removable roof.
Announced in August 2021 for the 2023 model year, the Valkyrie Spider has a removable carbon-fibre roof and swaps the coupé's gullwing doors for front-hinged butterfly doors. It keeps the Cosworth 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 and hybrid system of the Adrian Newey-designed Valkyrie. Production began in the second half of 2022; Aston Martin built 85 Spiders before Valkyrie production ended in December 2024, and the model was twice oversubscribed.
